I'm thinking of putting some 35" tires on my 1990 Ford Bronco Eddie Bauer Edition. So my question is this what is the gear ratio for this vehicle with a tow package. If someone could tell me or even point me to a site where I could find this information, I would be greatful.
Uncase anyone wants to know why I need this information...it's because I would need to recalibrate the stock speedometer and it would help if I had this information for calibrating it. |

Re: Gear Ratio on 1990 Bronco
you can change the speedo gear also to calibrate it. but to find your current ratio, it will be the first number on the bottom line. it will be like 3 73 for 3.73 gears or 3 l73 for limited slip 3.73 setup.

Re: Gear Ratio on 1990 Bronco
I'm leaning towards 3.55s. You'll want to regear your axle ratio to 4.56 or 4.88 depending on what trans you have. C6-4.56 AOD or E40D-4.88s, otherwise you'll be unhappy with the performance...
