Wanted: Swift gt with bad motor for......

Basically I would like to get near 50mpg but have a car that handles well and has a few creature comforts. I was thinking that if I had a swift gt and put the 1.0 motor into it, that might fit the bill. Seems like that would be easier than adding all the GT stuff to a 1.0 metro.

Do you have any thoughts about that, or any other suggestions?

You can put a swift GT suspension in a metro MUCH easier than the other way around. I did my front and rear suspension in less than 2 hours. And a 95' Metro front swaybar should do the trick too. The rear wheel disc setup is quite the rare thing to find though. If you want, I can keep a lookout for a set.
