Question

G60 rebuild

Hi everybody

Here is the problem,i can buy a lott g-lagers for 150$ but they need to be rebuild(send to another country,wait and pay 800$) so how do you guys rebuild those chargers,cause i wont give so much money(anyway this charger goes in yugo).So can it be rebuild cheap?
Please help.
