doors won't open

Hi everyone I got a really technical problem with my car due to a place that installed my alarm. by the way I live in san jose california if anyone is around this area. awhile back a friend recomend me to this place called nrg that does alarms and sound system. well what happen was they didn't even get my alarm to work not just that but they messed up all 3 or my doors making it not be able to open automatically when I turn on the alarm. by the way it was a black widow alarm with the small cell phone thing that pages you. well I kept calling them to set up an apointment to take my car in to get them to fix the problem but before I did that. I took it over to a place called frys to see what the problem was. after taking it to fry's and listening to what they had to say about the alarm. I felt as if nrg the place I took my car to do my alarm was an unprofessional place not only that but they have totally wired my car and messed up everywiring and fused that makes my car run right. so the question I want to ask is should I keep waiting on nrg to fix my doors since they been lagging. it's like everytime I make an apointment to take my car there for them to look at it they say the installer isn't in or they just give me a totally bad atitude and it's wasting my time. I just want to know if anyone knows what the problem could be why my 3 doors aren't opening.....the power door lock that is. only the driver side opens but the rest I got to do it manually to open the lock. the alarm seems to be working fine after frys did some cleaning and fixing to it but it's only 70 percent done. I want my doors to work really badly and it's a concern to me. so if anyone knows a place and california that won't rip me off or knows what they are doing and can make my alarm work with all the doors so that the power door lock would open all 4 locks it'll be appreciate and thanks alot to anyone. I'm just a college student trying to get and the 98 accord v6 sedan is the only thing I got to get me around but it's a concern to me that a car that was functioning well and had power door locks poping up everytime all 4 doors everytime back then with my stock alarm isn't doing that anymore with my black widow alarm. so please please I really need help on this alot after this my car is well to go and done for. =)
