How much friction should be on the rotors?
I replaced the front brake calipers on my 95 F250, one had been dragging and warped the rotor. So I changed Pads, Rotors, and Calipers. Once I bled the system It seems that there is a lot of tention against the rotors still. What is the norm? The rotor spun freely prior to the system being bleb, new bearings as well. You can turn them but they are real hard to turn by hand. Once the tire is on it is easier but that is a big heavy tire. Every thing seems fine good braking, no pulls, no noises, nuttin. But I was just curious about the light drag that it seem to have. Any thoughts?

There is no "norm"
They need to drag some. Some drag more than others. If you start eating pads then I would get worried.

Check the torque on the Spindle nut. There should not be any drag or at least a negligible amount. What you should be worried about is any wabble after it's torqued down. Grab the rotor and see if you can shake it side to side or up and down. if you torqued it and it's got wobble, you may need to look at new bearings.
