Re: FD3s Rx7s

They are definately Ray's TE37, probably Aoshima, but could be Fujimi or from a Tamiya JGTC kit

Thanks Guys.

All kits are 1/24 Fujimi/Aoshima/Tamiya The Aoshima Kits are definately the better of the three. But only the R1 Tamiya has the engine.

Recently I updated a few of them with the Aoshima TE37 and 19" versions that were released. Living in Japan has some advantages.
But I do have one car with 19" from a tamiya NSX.

The rear brakes are missing from some. After you build 1 You do get bored and lowering requires modifying the rear brakes on a Fujimi Kit.
therefore some are missing due to repetition. I will finish them one day.

I have FC kits in Australia. One Purple Custom is very nice. Probably My favourite.

There are 2 Aoshima Cwest Kits. 2 Mazdaspeed GTC Concept Kits (One widebody), Veilside. Re-Amemiya, Vertex, Mazdaspeed.

Re-Amemiya Greddy 9 from Japanese Chain store. Most were 1200yen.

I have an FD in 1:1 and have owned 2 1:1 FCs before. So I dont miss the driving experience either.

The latest are here.
Vertex

Bomex (white box has Advan RG wheels)

The bottom left is the fujimi Initial D kit in black.
It has a huge Bonnet scoop. I added custome rear wing and front diffuser. Now has 19" ce27.

My real car.

I will load up the gallery on this forum.

Russ.
