It also depends if you want it to stay streetable, if you want to have it blown or not, bunch of other things.

Investment is your only limit.

What engine is in it? Are you planning a swap? What trans & rear gear?

Fairly easy to get 1HP per CI from a Pontiac but need to upgrade weak links - Need more info
