Question

1.7 EL Keys locked problem

Hi Experts,
I have 2001 Acura 1.7 EL. The problem is I can not take off the keys. I can start the car, drive and shut down the car.
If the battery is worn out (dead) I can easilytake off the keys. So it looks like this is some kind of electronic problem and notthe mechanical one.
Any ideas? Any suggestions?
