Yeah, They all whistle. I kinda like the noise, when im on the highway crusing about 80 and take my foot off the gas it makes this sweet sucking sound. hehe and when i turn off my car it makes kinda a toadlike sound ***uuuoooofff...**

on a civic it only gives u like 1-2 hp gains. all matters on the power output. most mods just give u a percentage of what u have already. so lets say on a tt supra (
 ) it gives like 10 -15 hp also depends if u got exhaust
