Post need help turboing d16 engine

I wanted some info on how a d16 engine would handela a t3 turbo I am in the proccess of now installing it on my car and just wanted to know a couple of things. Like how many psi's will I be able to push and how hard will it be on the motor. The car has 81,000 miles on it the motor seems to be in purty good shape it might be leaking or possebly burning oil it's allways low and sometimes it iddles kind of low.. also I have a apc fuel/ratio gauge and I can't figure out how to hook it up i know it goes to the oxygen sensor from the manifold. but the oxygen sensor has 4 wires 1 green, 1 white and 2 black, while the gauge only has 3 wires one green, one white and one black what goes to what????????

before you go and turbo your engine, take it to a mechanic and have a full tuneup and service done. Get all leaks and shit fixed cause when you turbo, any problem you allready had will just get intensified.

As for amount of boost, it depends on yoru setup. With a set of dsm injectors and some fuel management you can run 8-10 psi on the d16...wait....what d16 is it, btw?

why not just get a greddy kit, its really cheap.

and you shouldnt be boosting even 1 psi on stock management

i agree with punk, get those problems fix, any problem you got now will only get worse.

but i had a friend with his sohc vtec boost about 9 psi intercooled and he would race it alot and it held up. but again motors do vary

oh and throw that af gauge away, it doesnt work on stock o2 sensors
