92 Grand Prix oil leak

Help anyone!
My baby is leaking oil at a pretty good pace - a few drops a second from the underside of the car. Someone thinks it could be my oil filter -I changed oil about a month ago and didnt have any low oil the first couple of weeks.
Any one have this problem? Possible oil pump or????

Re: 92 Grand Prix oil leak

Where is it leaking from? Could it be as simple as a pan gasket?

Re: 92 Grand Prix oil leak

I have a 94 GP and I had the same problem. The oil would drip down the filter "slide" and coat the underside of my car as I was going down the road, leaving a spotted trail behind me. What worked for me was to just drain my oil, replace the filter, due to a bad seat/seal, and start over. Make sure to lube the seal with oil before you install the new filter. It hasn't leaked ever since!!
