No Cig Lighters, Power Doorlocks working

I do not have a owners manual or wiring diagram for my 1999 Chevy Surburban and I have seemed to blow a fuse or relay that operates my cigarette lighters and power door locks and rear hatch. I have checked the fuse block under the hood but they all looked fine. Is there another block somewhere or does anyone know what the problem may be. This occurred after i tried to use a 300 watt inverter into the lighters.
