Engine Miss after racing turbo PT cruiser
Beat him with my 3.4 tacoma but missed a shift and heard
a popping sound?? Any ideas? Runs ok but feels rough at idle. Think it could be my PCV valve, no engine light or overheating. Just put in NGK Iridium plugs, anyone have problems with these? Thanks in advance for any help. Karl |

Re: Engine Miss after racing turbo PT cruiser
are these plugs like rapid fire plugs? i had a
bad experiance with bosh platinum plugs in a trans am, and they burnt the rings out. does the truck smoke? my 99 tacoma idled kinda high for a long time, and i put a new pvc valve in it and it lowered the idle speed and smoothend the idle too.

Are you sure you didnt hit the rev limit? That may have been the popping you heard?
The pcv valve should cure rough idle |
