Changed oil on 04 Tahoe, longer filter used

Hi everyone;

Just changed the oil in my 4.8 ltr tahoe, and used the much longer Penzoil PZ10 filter, it is supposed to cross over to a PF58 in AC Delco, PH3429 FRAM.

The stock PF44 filter was way to small for me to use.

My oil change now went up in volume from 6 Qts, to 6 1/4 Qts.

These new longer filters do not have the anti drain back valve.

This is just for informational purposes, letting everyone know that a longer filter can easily be adapted with such a large oil pan. This filter does not hang down past the oil pan.
