Unhappy Need Help: 93 Accord Bumper Removal

My honda has me stumped. I tried taking the front bumper off to get to my old headlight assemblies so I could put in my new eagle eye 1 piece projector headlights. I took out all possible screws and bolts to try and get the bumper off except two. The two were a few inches below the headlight assembly, they were nuts. I wasn't sure whether that was it or not. There was one on each side. I noticed there was two for the back bumper too, so I just need some clarification on these being the f***ers holding it on. (I even tried hack-sawing one light out, :X) Please help asap!
