The car certainly isn't fake and it has been listed for sale in other places. I'm not certain what association "Readytofix.com" might have with the car, but the original ad I saw was listed here:

A lot of times on cars like the F1 - when one comes up for sale you'll find it listed in many different locations. Sometimes each listing is legit and the offering seller has an actual contract with the owner to sell or advertise the car for them. Other times, it will simply be a broker trying to slot in between the buyer and seller to earn a commission on the car. This may be one of those latter cases - it's hard to say. I do note that the car is wearing a different number plate in these photos, but that doesn't really tell us much.
