Side Door guards on GP

Does anyone know what those side things on the doors of grand prix are held on by and if it would be hard to take them off...?

If you remove them you will see holes in your door....

you will need to have them filled

you can take those ext. door molding off with anything that removes 3M double sided tape. just make sure you check in a small non-visible area for any paint corrosion from the product you use. had to replace mine a few months ago because were loose and collecting water behind it.
