lagging in second

Alright typically my 01 Z24 kicks ass, even as an automatic. But lately it kinda lags during Semi-full acceleration (i would say the pedal is down about 4/5 of its full extent). But during absolute full throttle she doesnt lag at all she runs all the gears fine from red lining in first all the way through the gears. i installed an a.e.m intake and a helix throttle body spacer I was just wondering if that could have caused it.

also when she idle after about 12-15 minutes there is a horrible vibration should i take this is an invite to buy new motor mounts or what.
