Re: engine swaps

You're going to have to do a lot of custom fabrication to even fit a K-series into the Del Sol in the first place. Stick to a B-series swap. Tried and proven, lots of aftermarket support, and aleady have support for swaps. I would swap in a B18 flavor and turbo that.

Re: engine swaps

if its a b-sereies hydro tranny then yes you could keep it...but a full swap is going to come with a tranny anyways so it wouldnt matter..if i had a choice id go GSR unles you plan on running very high boost ammounts then a LS might work better for you.... And yes stick with a B-series...dont stray away from proven results ! And I would again opt for the B18 and would utilize rather a hybrid T3/T4 setup..or a custom TD04 setup..but that depends on if your building the set up yourself or buying a bolt on kit....rather you were going to be building your internals would also play a factor in turbo selection ... as far as were to look for your swap....

I've ordered from Hmotorsonline.com... good communication and well informed. The engine came from them with broken sensors, but uppon closer inspection, they included extras with my engine to replace the broken ones... so I was very satisfied.
