When I brake the whole truck wobbles please help

Hello maybe someone can help me I have had this problem for sometime now when I brake I get this wobble you look out the rearview mirror looks like the whole bed is wobbling its hard to tell I changed the rotors and the pads in front can somebody help Thanks monte75

You might want to check the rotors in the back of you have a 99 new body style..My whole truck shook and I turned the rear rotors and replaced the pads and its good as new now..!

Im sorry its a 1997 I have drums not rotors Thanks anyways.

your drums are warped have them cut, make sure e-brake cables are not hanging up, or wheel cylinders are not sticking, clean and lightly lubricate self ajusters at bottom between shoes , and try not to overajust when reinstalling
