Talking haha....i kick ass

well..it's been a longass time since i last posted about my MK3 supra, but here's the update. I got it while it was getting a replacement head gasket. I took that oppurtunity to get the head completely rebuilt. After getting the car back together it would turn over, but not fire. So the guy i was buying it from gave me back 800 bucks. Took it to a mechanic and found out the cam angle sensor was not installled properly. woot.

now i got me a badass job (at least more badass than other jobs i've had) so i'm modding this sucker! as soon as time permits i can install my 60-1 rebuilt turbo, and turbo back exhaust with replacement elbow, and my boost contrller. I already have the K&N FIPK, hard intercooler piping, b.o.v. and boost gauge. Then i guess it'll be a short little while before i get a lex AFM and injectors, then this car will reallly fly.

so ur saying that the engine tries to start but just wont right? it cranks but no starting right? hmmm, sounds just like mine, i am almost certain because i didn't mark my cps sensor when i took it off. by the way, how much did it cost u for the mechanic to look into and fix the problem? just wondering.

Re: haha....i kick ass

the mechanic charged me sometghing like 3 hours of work and a diagnostic fee. but the 3 hours were for other stuff i had him go ahead and do. Such as replacing ALL the vacuum lines with new ones and checking/replacing all grounds.
