Pioneer 9600 or Alpine 9827 ???

i really like the display on the pioneer and it's a fold down. the alpine isn't and has a smaller display. i know alpine has really good quality but between these two models is their a difference? which one should i get?

I would have to go with Alpine. My next go would be Pioneer. They are both very nice decks but I am partial to Alpine.

I like Alpine. They focus more on sound quality and not on cool color displays. Alpine also has nice sound adjustments such as bass engine effects.

That's a hard one I would go with Pioneer

yea, Pioneer has Easy EQ and EQ-EX is this not as good as Bass Engine/MX ?
