Hi everyone, I need help on 1993 J30 Infinity.

Hi everyone, well I am new here.

I need your professsional help.
Trying to help my son in law to fix his car since he is broke. He ownes a 1993 J30 Infinity. back in few months ago he had an accident and damaged the front bu,per and fendor. There was some wire shortage under the hood, driver side (Some bunck of wired going from inside room to the head light). I fixed the wiers and changed the main fuse (100 amp). Now the car does not start. when turning the ignition on and try to start the starter works and cranckes the engine. But the engine does not turn over. I checked the fule line. There is no fule coming from fule pump. Is there anything wrong with fule pump?? Is yes how can I check it?? Could the fule problem have anything to do with ignition??

And yes, gas tank is full.
