Gtp engine

Ok i got a 00 z24 im about to trade it for a 99 convertible z24. Which gtp engine will fit in the car and what year cars can i get it from?

the GTP only comes with a 3800 sc engine. they came in alot of cars buick riviera, bonni ssei, gtp. theres a series one and a series two. the series two have about 10 or so more hp then the series 1. i think the series two was introduced in 96 or 97.

i heard on this forum a while back that took his late 90's cavalier and put a SC 3.8 in it...look pretty nice to
