sounds like a bad ass set up, props if you did it your self, how do your like the tremec if thats what it is i got a 454 6spd in a 69 boss mustang body and dont care for it to much it aftermarket and was a bitch to do but dont know what it was for originally, if you dont mind me asking about how much did you pick it up for

I stuck the trans in there. It origionally had a Th-400 automatic transmission in it. I love it. I haven't gotten very many miles on it yet, but cruising at 100 in sixth gear is great I'm only pushing like 2000 rpm or something. I got the trans for like 2300 or something. Then about 2000 more for all the other parts that I needed for it. But it was worth it.

ya those final drive ratios in the 6 speeds is silly. with the 3.23 gear(can't remember) in my car it is a .5:1 ratio not many cars can handle those gears, dont you love torque
