jdm d15b with hf tranny? input please!

i have a 91 crx hf and am planning to do a swap. looking to swap with a jdm d15b vtec that pushes 130hp stock. if i upgrade to any tranny other than an hf tranny i have to also change the axles, hubs, clutch, etc.

I was just wondering what you guys think about using an hf tranny with that engine. it would save me a lot of money for the moment if its even any good to keep the hf tranny.

any input is appreciated. thanks guys/girls!

as you alrdy know the HF tranny does suck ass and if you swap it out it will improve your times inthe 1/4 but if you just want more pep and have GREAT gas mileage then by all means stick with teh HF but you will want a shorter geared tranny once you want power
