OEM Nav DVD? & Suspension

Has anyone figured out how to make your oem nav play dvd's? I figure it shouldn't be too hard cause the it is a DVD rom.

I was also planning on lowering my car, who makes a kit to go 3-4 inches?

Thanks

Re: OEM Nav DVD? & Suspension

Unfortunately I can't remember the name, but there's a company out of New York that hacks the deck to allow it to play DVD's. It's very expensive, though - ~ $750.

There are numerous kits to provide the drop you're after. Eibach, Belltech, GroundForce... The most common is a 3" rear/2" front, but you can certainly be more aggressive. Watch out for ride quality, though - it'll go in the toilet. I went with 2" drop rear springs (Eibach) and a mild torsion-bar twist for a 1" front drop. The ride is very firm.

Take care,
Jerry
