I was torn between the two once also, but here it goes:

If you are planning on upgrading the turbo and doing some forced induction, the audi is the way to go. I was looking at turbos for the 325i and the cheapest ones were around $6k at around 7 psi of boost! I am planning on getting an a4 this summer and I'm doing the APR stage III rated at 280hp for $4k. I also like the looks of the a4 better.

Thumbs up I think you should get a Lexus

If I was going to choos between the 2 cars you have there i'd say, the audi, you don't see them as much, just better, cooler car. If I was you I would take a look at the Lexus IS sport design. It got new 17" wheels, a new grille, a few other tight new changes. I test drove it the other day needles to say this car is the #1 stunna. I found an offer online that said I could get a free subscription to media week magazine, check out these links

Yeah i would say lexus IS too, even though it isnt an option.... but between the audi and the bmw i would definitely go with the bmw. Im so sick of seeing these rich kids drive around their audi who think theyre so cool and into cars because they put on a chip. The bmw looks way hotter, and id much rather have the inline 6 than a turbo 4....

You can get a six with the Audi as well and I see more "rich kids" driving a Bmw for image then I do an Audi, which is tends to have a larger enthuasist crowd for racing heritage.

I totally agree...a big reason why I want one is most peole don't have them and they are very tunable. BMWs are very tunable, however upgrades are so much more expensive.

Which year model are you talking about? If it's the new A4, Id definetly go for it, its just so gorgeous in every single way, there couldn't be a much more refined car than that. Furthermore, the interior is excellent as well. If your talking about the previous model, however- I'd rather take the 325i.

Re: Audi A4 or BMw 325i?

Hey guys Audi will beat any car!!

I was just wondering if anyone has had good or bad expirences buying cars off ebay like me?
I got the Audi A6 2000 before Xmas and I'm very satisfied with my new toy.
It's pretty much flawless inside and outside from what i can tell
Has anyone or does anyone know someone who bought a car on ebay also?

Look at my Audi A6 pictures here

I know a friend who bought a jeep from ebay, and he bought it for 6k under what a dealer would have sold it to him.

if your talking new vs. new i would go with the new a4.. i love it..
but another thing to think about it that if you are buying new, when you purchase a new bmw, the service in included in the price, so along with the price of tuning, figure out the price of service and so on... it may even out your choice more..
the is300 is also a very nice other choice..
i also like the new 2004 accord v6..

The A4. I used to be a BMW fan but I do not trust their cars anymore...
