very low idle 250rpms prob. less

can I turn up the idle and probable causes of this? 99 ex

let the car rev (2000-3000rpm) for 5 or so mins after starting and see what happens

i had the same problem with my car. it idled so low one time that i had to give it gas just to keep it from stalling. check all of the sensors and clean what you can, i tightened up the throttle cable and it worked pretty well. almost always doesnt go under 500 now.

reved for awhile around that rpm range and nada but now it settles around 750 but looks like I do need to tighten the trhottle cable thanks guys
