Help! Why does my car queak when I'm in full lock?
When ever I turn - left or right, as soon as I hit full steering lock, my car makes an annoying squeaky noise.
Anyone know whats causing it? |

It could be your power steering belt slipping due to it being loose or worn out? When you have your steering at the "lock" point it puts alot more stress on your pump than at any other point. Which would then explain it the lack of noise at any other point. Hope this helps...

Yippie, repost your problem in the appropriate forum of your car make and model and you might get better results for help.
