PLEASE, eletric help needed!!!!!
On my 86 Fiero GT there are marker/turning signal lights on the side. There are two wires that come out one for the turning signal "blinker" and the other is for the marker light. The ground is before these wires and mounted to the frame rails. I was going to use these lights "wires" and was testing them to see which one did which task, and heres comes the problem!!!
They touched for a few seconds before I noticed them touching and the marker lights went out along with the dash lights. I turned them off and turned them back on and still no markers lights anywhere on the car and no dash lights. I turned on the head lights and they came up and on but will not go back down. And on top of that the stereo is making a loud humm noise. The turning signals work and the brake lights and interior lights work. I checked all the fuses and they are all good. Any ideas????? |

There was a little burn mark on the back of the switch so I cleaned it up an solder the crap out of it and also changed the fuse just to be sure and its back to normal, so it was either one or both.
