APEXi VTEC (V-AFC) controller

i want a VTEC controller and a air/fuel controller. Can the APEXi VTEC (V-AFC) do both of these things?

the V-AFC can do an 8 point fuel curve adjustment...at 500rpm intervals the fuel/air mix can be adjusted in %-age increments....the module also allows you to set the VTEC engagement point....so, yes is yer answer.....but i would not adjust the fuel curve with out a DynoJet.....
