SR20 Questions

I have a 1999 SR20DE 165hp (Natural Aspiration) from my Nissan Silvia S15 Spec-S (imported from Japan, right-hand drive).
Does anyone know if the aftermarket parts for the S15 Spec-R 250hp SR20DET fit exactly on my SR20DE?
I want to put a big turbo kit (Greddy TD06-25G). I want to know specifically if JUN pistons, conrods, camshafts, Greddy head gasket and manifold fit on the -DE engine.
Generally,what differences do S15 SR20DE and SR20DET have on the cylinder-block and on the cylinder-head?
