....and guess what i got installed. :smoka:
no really guess. oh ok, i'll tell you. i got the first gas tank skid plate on there. it is very nice. Pika got one too. all the other should be shipped out in the next week or so. they are off being powdercoated. he only had 2 ready cause he knew Pika and i would be up today. i would post pics, but my digital camera is not been fixed correctly and is going back to the shop when i get back from san diego. I payed $100 for the fucking thing to be fixed and it still does not work. @#$#% |

congrats on getting the first off the line...time to go test it out by dropping your X so that the gas tank region lands atop a nice pointed boulder...uhh...on second thought, it's probably a pretty good rule of thumb to never deliberately do something like that

I wasn't commenting more on being the first as i was telling everyone that ordered them, that theirs is almost ready. and the best thing so far is that the install was maybe 10 minutes. it bolts right up to existing holes that the stock gas tank skid used. If you already have the transfer case skid from Skid Row, you may have to drop that one to get it on. you definitely have to pull one of the bolts as they share one bolt hole. but i don't think you will have to drop it totally to get it on.
oh, i am sure it will get a great workout at ECXC in shamokin. There is a trail that i want revenge on from last september!!! :sun: |

Great! So how did it install? Did you have to remove any of your other plates? Obviously you had to remove the gas tank bolt the other skid uses, but anything else?
