Maxima 2k2 spoiler
I was debating on whether to get a Maxima SE or Maxima GLE. I want the sport suspension but I do not like the stock spoiler on the SE.
Is it possible to easily remove and install a aftermarket spoiler or should I spend $800 less and buy a GLE and upgrade the suspension of the GLE. I was wondering what exactly I would need to replace to make the suspension almost exactly like the suspension in the SE (i want them to be the exact same car minus the spoiler)... The only difference I know of besides the spoiler and suspension is the door handles. What else about the GLE is different? And would $800-$1000 be enough to do this. |

You can't get the manual on the GLE. I would never drive an auto so I can't have the GLE. The upgraded suspension that came with my SE is worth less than 2 dollars. The car still feels like a lincoln. The first thing I had to do was replace the springs and struts, now the car has sport suspension.

what do you want ?
manual or automatic transmission ? if auto, get the GLE and later on put in a much better aftermarket suspension. |

I want an auto yes. Ok. GLE looks like the choice. How much would a decent sports suspension (not much harder ride then the stock se) cost me?
