Timing Question

Hey I'm wondering if any one knows the total timing, or base timing, or whatever it's called, for a CA16DE engine? I'm not sure what I have it at, but I had to back it off a while back, (i was only running regular and apparently these need 91 OCT or better) and now that I'm running supreme I'm hoping I can get it set better. Thanks! jeff
