Cold startup issue?

Hi all,

I have an '87 supra, and when I crank it in the morning it acts as if a plug wire is disconnected. It seems as if it is missing. After 10 minutes and it has warmed up, it performs OK.

Any idea on what the cause might be, and what I need to do to fix this?

maybe the cold start injector? it's got a banjo bolt that connects to the top of the fuel rail and leads into the upper back of the intake manifold.
