Engine Swap
Hey guys and HELP!!!!
I have a Honda Civic 1990 with the D15-B2 engine, the engine is on its last miles and I was thinking about getting a "new" motor in it instead of rebuilding this one. Then it comes to you guys that know all about Honda´s what engine will replace the D15 directly? I am hoping to be able to continue using my 5-speed.With regards from Iceland IcyHonda |

Well, you can throw any d- series honda engine in there. I would suggest a d16a6 si engine. you might want to wire your car for mpfi though, cause it will help with oyur horsepower greatly. If you want an exact bolt in without changing to mpfi, you can just bolt on your dpfi intake onto another d-series engine

mpfi
so if I go for MPFI, I will need a ECU from a MPFI engine right?
