reflectors or Lights on Door panels? 97+
I have a 98 GT 4-door. Each door has a clear red lense. I can see a hole where a bulb would likely fit. Do all grand prix's or GT's for that matter have the wire harness to put bulbs in the lenses, or do I possibly have door panels from a GTP. I am trying to prevent pulling the panel off just to find out I do not have a harness, but if there is one there would like the bulbs to be there as well. Is there a reason someone would have pulled the bulbs and not replaced them? Are they prone to shorting out? any info is appreciated.

in my GTP the lens assembly just popped out. i think all it took was a screw driver to pry it out. before you take the door apart i'd try to carefully pry and see what happens.

I would love to install bulbs on the rear doors but the cabling is not there. On front the white lens is the one with bulbs inside(I do not remember seen the red ones with bulbs inside)

Open your trunk and look at your RPO codes. If the code "CR1" is on the sticker, then the front doors have lights. The rear doors are just reflectors. Then you don't even have to pry out the lenses to see.
