Question Turbo and Blowoffvalve

First i dont know if thats how you spell blowoffvalve. But my question is can you put a blowoffvalve in a car that has turbo? i was tolled that you cant.


Man i love the sound the blowoffvalve makes.

WHAT!? of course u can...at least im pretty sure. The nature of your question made me go back and think for a sec. yes a blow off valve jus releases the excess boost after shifting or if u rev ur engine it blows off

Yeah dude. BOV's only go in turbo cars. As said they are there to release excess pressure built up by the turbo.

bov's are ONLY! for turbo charged cars, you cant put a bov on a n/a vehicle. it has to be blown for it to have a bov!!
