I know nothing about this kit, but as it looks ugly, I'd say it's definitively not worth it!!! Even for half of the price!
Now, let's wait for the experts' comments...

What brand is it?
 If its a no name, no telling how good it is. To me it looks like on of the ugliest S13's I have ever seen.
