If you are going under a large amount of boost, say anything over 10-lbs, ou will definately need new rods and pistons. But, if it were me, i would do it right and go ahead and bulletproof your engine. I mean everything, head studs, head gasket, Head work, micro polish, etc....If your gonna do it, do right, and do it the first time.
