Attn JL Audio Experts (amp help)

Here in SoCal there is a store offering to sell me what he calls a JL Audio class D "1000.1" amp (not 1000/1?) for around $289.00 Installed.

Seems too good to be true.....

Questions are:
1) Is there actually a 1000.1 amp
2) If so what is the difference between that and a 1000/1
3) Is $289.00 a good deal

Am I being scammed? If not I may go for the deal.

Please help, I don't want to get Ripped off.
