From my previous purchases, to the UK, it took 2 weeks, but another took 3 weeks because of a backorder. To Vienna, it only took 2 weeks, for some wheels and a kit..

For Portugal (and countng from the date of shipping):
1 (max 2) weeks for decals, books or other (very) small packs. For boxes of kits, about 1 month (max 2). Bur I know for a fact that almost half of that time is lost allready in the country, in the customs.
