im just worried about cutting the hood open. and if ill stuff it up

and also on the standered curb the kits have the grill part(the bit above the hood.) http://nightwatchman.customer.netspa.../300zx-002.jpg
is connected to the hood and i found it really hard to remove the hood completely. i can cut the sides and front easyly but itsj ust that part.

any help?



and i dont think the initial d cars have a shine to them..........do they?

In the anime and manga they dont cos there CG and drawn. If it was real life, of course they would shine. There cars.
Lot of replicas have been made. Even some official ones a few years ago. I think they were at one of the Tokyo AutoSalons a couple of years back.

You might be best off just cutting it entirely off, then once the hood is out, it will be easy to cut the part that you indicate off the hood. Then glue that part back onto the body, and there you go. The hood is removed, and nothing else.
