Changing right rear window motor 1999 323i

My rear window is stuck down. Has anyone ever removed the door trim panel? I removed the 3 torx head screws from the arm rest and I pulled the trim panel off of the plastic clips. It is almost off except for the top at the belt line, it is very hard to move from this point. Has anyone ever taken the trim panel off?

there are two more screws behind trim panel remove trim panel carefully not to chip or break it with a srewdriver. there also may be a screw behind the window switch not sure on that one. when you have panel off there will be a vaper barrior to contend with carefully pry barrior with the adhesive off not to damage barrior. If you do not place barrior back on correctly and is not sticking to door you will have water leaks inside your car. Ask me how i know this
