Re: New 03 cavi, changin the headlights

you can give your headlights some clear turnsignals by taking apart the headlight, ripping the orange reflector out...

Thnx studballs, but how do i do that, my friends got a tiburon n he did it to his but he had to stick it in the oven or somethin and then it came apart. So do i just rip it apart or is it a little more complicated.

Re: New 03 cavi, changin the headlights

well when I took my 2002 headlight apart cause the bulb exploded in it. heres what I did...

use a razorblade to cut the factory silicone around the edge of the headlight...take your time and try not to hit the lens...you'll have to dig the blade till it penetrates into the actual headlight. Once you get the light apart make sure to remove the rest of the old silicone. I used clear windshield silicone to seal mine back up and it worked great.

To take the orange reflector out I'd guess it would just pull out...you'll figure it out once its apart...hope this helped
