I know how to make the different hinges. Ill post pictures of some once I make some that arent on a model yet. It may be awhile though, sorry.

ok first off start with a metal rod thicker then paper clips but small enuf to bend. creat a U bend in the rod. and go from there. i made a U bend and then folded one end flat and it mounted under the dash, so when you push up the U bend pushed the door ut wards to clear the body. just start with a U bend. i will post pics of a hinge on a lambo i have

yea, i will try to get pics, my cam has been being dumb, i think i need new bateries, i found out my mom got ni- cad baterys that have memory, and it was being charged half power so now they run at below that and last 10 mins or less, but they are dead. so i have to buy new ni mh baterys! the good ones
