Re: shall i buy a tib tomorrow???
ok well there is a funny thing about the warrenty.
All dealerships will say that any aftermarket parts will void the warrenty, but there is a law somewhere that says that the aftermarket part voids only the part it directly affects. Now some cars are coming out with aftermaket certified parts that don't void the warrenty and will probabaly have a small one or three year warrenty on it's own. Honda has already come out with some Factory Aftermarket parts, and Hyundai are supposed to come out with some H.A.R.D aftermarket parts of there own soon, in the next few weeks. Of course they could always be delayed a bit. If I were you I would buy the Tiburon because they're are just enough of them on the streets that people know what they are, but they are rare enough that people still look over at what they are. -Hope that helps some Cole Iketani |

Buy the Tiberon!!!!
I have a silver 2001 Tiberon, and I bought it new. It has 70K trouble free miles on it and has been used for everything from daily commuting to canyon racing on the back roads. This car is driven hard by me and driven easy by my wife. The only thing other then regular maintenance that has been done to the car was a new TPS and seat belt retractor. These items were factory recall items. The Tiberon always turns heads and is a gas to drive. There are lots of aftermarket mods available for this car and mine will be getting them soon. |

Re: shall i buy a tib tomorrow???
the tib is reliable.. and trust me its amazing for the price and now the aftermarket support is huge....
nextgen motorsports and ripp mods have the most powerful f/i and n/a kits for the v6s and they play on combining their pieces of machinery to see how muhc the tib can really put down... its amazing how wrong that 250 whp was wrong... |

Re: shall i buy a tib tomorrow???
yeah the delta is gettin there... (delta= v6... betII= i4[03+]) i wasnt bullshittin you ive been trying to find the dyno... ive been cluttered with work.. and makin up work and dr's appointments cause i broke my hand... but blahh
the 1-4 and the v6 are both reliable and both gettin respect... the 10yr 100,000 mile warranty is only if you buy it... otherwise its like 3yr/60k miles.. im not sure... what you choose on warranty depends on what you want to do with your car... if you want to throw a turbo in it get a sgorter warranty..... dont pay for the extra warranty/... if you are gonna put in a really good .. an di mean really good sound system in your car.. then dont get the infinity system..(its really jbl... infinity = jbl.. same company) build yousystem from what you saved... see what im gettin at? |
