1999 SE door panel trim is separating

The vinyl on the top of all four of my door panels is peeling back. Happens more often in warm weather. It appears as no glue or adhesive was used. I can push the trim back down and it will pop back up in a day or two. Has anyone fixed this and how?

i had a 99 se that did that, i peeled it back enuff so that i could spray it with some adhesive, seemed to work for me. btw i used an industrial strenght adhesive. No more worries though i got an 04 now!!

Re: 1999 SE door panel trim is separating

the trim is held on by 2way tape
2 strips , one along top and one along bottom.
its a bastard to remove off the trim and body to put new stuff on , contact cement and weather strip adhesive work well too , if your using weather strip adhesive you gott put some on the door and some on the trim and let it almost dry and press them together and youll never see it peel off again.
